San Francisco cops on Wednesday arrested a sadist who tortured a kitten to loss of life in a financial institution vestibule after a chase that led them to the rooftop of a flophouse lodge, police mentioned.
The San Francisco Police Division was alerted to the case on July 2, when officers turned conscious of an animal abuse incident being investigated by San Francisco Animal Care and Management.
